No size tag, please measure to be sure of fit. Pit to pit: 21" across, so 42" around. Bottom side to side: seam to seam: 22" (44" around).
The whole front bottom section of this vest is 2 separate pockets. Lined in a black satin fabric. See pics and use close up feature to see any flaws. Great western vest for reenactments. My items come from a smoke free home, what kind of home they came from before I got them is sometimes unknown but I will disclose if I think they smell of smoke.
